In 2000s, the growing momentum of Petlas Tire Corp. paved the way for new investments to expand production capacity and widen its tire ranges. In this regard, in 2013, Petlas Tire Corp added a new product line to its wide range thanks to the investments that started in 2010. First Truck Bus Radial (TBR) tires came out of the production line in October 2013. Since then, Petlas Tire has been continuing to widen its comprehensive range of TBR patterns and developing new sizes using its own know-how.

Looking into the TBR tire range of Petlas, eighteen patterns are being produced by Petlas Tire Corp. 11 R22.5, 8.5 R17.5, 215/75 R17.5, 235/75 R17.5, 245/70 R19.5, 285/70 R19.5; 295/80 R22.5, 315/80 R22.5; 12 R22.5, 13 R22.5 and 275/70 R22.5 are the available sizes, making a total of 44 sizes in different patterns. For trailer usage, 385/65 R22.5 is also available. Addition to these sizes 245/70 R17.5, 265/70 R19.5, 285/70 R19.5, 295/60 R22.5, 315/60 R22.5, 315/70 R22.5, 385/55 R22.5, 435/50 R19.5 and 295/80 R22.5 are under development right now.

Petlas released TBR tires for urban usage -SUW 550, RUW 550 and SU 500. In addition to urban application, long haul-highway, short distance-regional, %20 off road use-%80 on road use and %80 off road use-%20 on road use TBR tires are offered by Petlas Tire Corp. Also a new technology is in the agenda of engineers to develop a special bead construction for vehicles with heavy loads. With that POB system Petlas tires will be much more durable for heavy transportation operations.

Addition to that, it’s easy to find tires suitable for all weather conditions in Petlas TBR range. SZ300, SZW350, RZ300, NZ305, SC700, SU500, SUW550, RUW550, RH100, RH100+, RC700 and NZ300, NCW710, RM900, RM905, RM910 which poses mud and snow signs; and NZ305, NC700 and RH100+ also carry mountain snowflake pictograph (3PMSF marking) denoting all season capabilities and exceptional performance in severe winter conditions including snowy, icy and wet roads.

Petlas Tire Corp. pays special importance to become and environment friendly producer to protect the environment and accordingly produces eco-friendly tires such as Petlas NH100 PROGREEN. According to some independent user tests, there is a saving of nearly 1.500lt of fuel per 150.000km distance when we compare E rolling resistance labeled tires to C rolling resistance labeled tires. These values account for the importance of the environmental friendly (low CO2 footprint) tires for the nature and of course for the vehicle owners.
